What types of prizes do you sell?

We sell bulk prize packs designed for claw machines, arcade prize counters, and carnival prize tables. Our inventory includes mini plush toys, novelty rubber ducks, and 3D figure keychains featuring characters from Pokémon, Disney, Nintendo, and more.

Who are your products designed for?

Our packs are built for arcade operators, claw machine owners, event planners, party hosts, and anyone running a prize counter or carnival booth. All products are sold in bulk — we don't sell individual units.

How does shipping work?

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days from Montgomery, IL. Most orders arrive within 5–8 days via USPS. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control, but we'll always get it out the door fast on our end.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If there's an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged goods, or anything else — reach out and we'll make it right. Contact us using our contact form or call (331) 717-3400.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

We don't have a formal volume discount program yet, but if you're placing a large order, reach out to us directly using our contact form and we'll see what we can do.

Can I use these prizes in a claw machine?

Yes — that's exactly what they're designed for. We run claw machines ourselves so we only stock prizes that work well in a machine and that players actually want to win.
