Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Carrier

We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C. only.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Other U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated by USPS once your order ships. Processing time (1–3 business days) is separate from transit time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on availability, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment — your choice. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

To report a lost or delayed shipment, please reach out with your order number and we will open an investigation with USPS on your behalf.
